Error en google play al recuperar información del servidor

Logotipo de androidRecientemente se ha producido una actualizadción del sistema android a la versión 4.3 Jelly Bean. La actualización inicialmente me función de forma correcta pero detecté un error en el Google Play. El caso es que al intentar actualizar aplicaciones mostraba un error de conexión con el servidor, un error Error retrieving information from server.[RPC:S-5:AEC-0].

Alarmado corrí a buscar información en Internet y encontré dos posibles soluciones.

Primera solución: reiniciar el servicio de Google Play

La solución que más encontré es la de reiniciar el servicio de Google Play. Para ello hay que ir a la Configuración,  seleccionar Aplicaciones y la pestaña Todos.

Seleccionamos Google Play Services y eliminamos todos los datos y posteriormente pulsamos sobre Forzar la detención. Recomiendan reiniciar el terminal una vez realizados estos pasos.

Otra opción que encontré es similar pero realizar las operaciones sobre la aplicación Google Play Store.

En casi todos los foros daban esta solución como definitiva, pero en mi caso no funcionó.

Segunda solución: Eliminar el usuario principal y volverlo a crear

Esta segunda opción es un poco más drástica y consiste en eliminar el usuario principal del terminal para luego volverlo a crear. 

Para ello hemos de acceder a Configuración y en el apartado de Cuentas seleccionar Google. Aquí nos aparecerán las cuentas que tenemos asociadas al teléfono. Seleccionamos la principal (si solo tenemos una seleccionamos esta) y en el menú seleccionamos Eliminar cuenta. Nos avisará de que necesitamos una cuenta de sincronización y aceptamos. Luego volvemos a crear la cuenta y marcamos todos los campos para la sincronización (los campos que nos interese, claro).

Con esta solución yo conseguí que volivese a funcionar la tienda de Google.

Fabián, las dos soluciones que yo encontré en mi problema son las que he descrito en el post. No se exactamente cual es tu problema para poder recomendarte una solución. ¿has probado las del post?

Yo le di forzar detencion y se me daño la aplicación de google play services y para repararlo lo inabilite y borre los datos y ya no me podía meter a play store y trate de hace las dos soluciones que me dan en esta pagina y no funciono
